Day 1.
drive to north Iceland.
Pick up the car today and head to North
Iceland – Driving through
Borgarnes and Borgarfjordur to Laugarbakki in North
Iceland before heading to Arnarvatn Stora.

2.
Fishing in ARNARVATN STORA & streems and rivers.
Arnarvatnsheiđi is in the interior of Iceland. The catch in the lake is
mainly char and brown but the catch can vary depending on the tackle, the weather and
other circumstances.
The permits are valid all around the lake and in the upper part of the
East River.
About 1/3 of the catch usually is brown trout.
Whole day fishing before going back
The bait: Fly, spoon and
worm.
