Gislaskali in Svartárbotnar is the last hut on the southern part of Kjölur before crossing over to the nothern part of on the highland road Kjölur.  The hut sleeps upto 50 people.  There is a large kitchen with gasplate.  The hut has a waterfacility and a good livingroom., and shower. The hut has electricity, from a diselpower station.

In Svartárbornar there is a stable and a fence for horses and we can arrange hay for the horses.
