Lakes Solheimavotn consist of the two lakes, Lake Holmavatn and lake Gullhamarsvatn.

They have a total area of 1,5 km² and have an indented shoreline. The catch consists of lake char and brown trout.

The distance from the capital is 182 km by the Whale Bay tunnel and 30 km from Budardalur.
