Lagoon Vadall is situated a short distance from the
Travel Service Breidavik, where permits are sold and accommodation is on
offer. The lagoon is separated from the sea by a reef. It is
about 600 metres long, 100 metres wide, shallow, but deepest in the
centre. The fish weighs 0,5-4 pounds. The permit, including
Lakes Staedavotn, is Ikr. 1.500.oo. Guests at Breidavik in rooms
with made up beds and all facilities get the permits included. The
angling season starts in June, immediately after the eider ducks have left their breeding cololy around
the lagook and ends in August. The number of rods is not
specified and the guests are offered to bring the catch to be served
at the guesthouse. |
