REYDARVATN Skagafjordur District

Region: Highland
Coordinates: 65.0996182° N 18.6152219° W

This lake is in the Skagafjordur District. It has an area of 1 km². It is rather shallow and lies 710 m above sea level.
Quite a well passable road during dry spells in summer leads to it through the valley Vesturdalur. You can expect to catch nicely sized lake chars there. There is no limit to the number of rods permitted per day.

The distance from the capital is 422 km (or 253 km across the Kjalvegur route for 4wd vehicles).
