Circle Passport is becoming increasingly popular every year and
for a good reason. With it you can visit many of Iceland’s top
destinations at your own pace. Along the way you will be able to
stop at beautiful and exciting locations such as Jökulsárlón,
Geysir, Mývatn, Skaftafell, Kerlingarfjöll and Hveravellir. If for
some reason you would like to stay longer at a particular stop
than originally planned, this passport allows you the freedom to
do so. You can use it for as long as you like within the
passport’s lifetime (13 June – 7 September).
Before your journey starts you simply decide whether you would
like to travel clockwise or anti-clockwise around Iceland.
Travelling back and forth is not included, but the passport offers
you a 10% discount of added travel in case you would like to
backtrack. Included is one-way travel along routes 6-6a, 19, 15,
20-20a, 21-21a, 62-62a and and 661-661a. The Passport is valid for
route 610-610a going from Reykjavík to Akureyri. If, on the other
hand, you are coming from Akureyri to Reykjavík (anti-clockwise)
you will go with route 610a to Gullfoss and from there with route
6a via Þingvellir to Reykjavík.

rugged and the vast surroundings give you a sense of peaceful

and steep cliffs; glistening glaciers and the unforgiving
seashore. The fjords of the east are home to fishing villages and
untouched nature where the mountains rise straight up from the
ocean. In the north you will see lava fields, lakes and have a
change to connect with tours and activities unique to the area.
of the routes included have at least one departure time per day.

frequent stops that allow for quick sightseeing or a meal. Please
